Dr. Mahran Shoukier, M.D., is an Oncology and Hematology American Board Certified. He is a multifaceted and highly motivated physician with a solid clinical Oncology/Hematology background and in-depth insight into the medical and clinical sectors.
Dr. Shoukier is the Phase I Physician Lead in our research department. He won the 2019 and 2020 Conquer Cancer Foundation of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Merit Awards. He received the Young Investigator Award from the Society of Hematologic Oncology (SOHO) in 2021 and 2022.Dr. Shoukier has published in many outstanding journals, including, but not limited to, the Journal of Clinical Oncology and the American Journal of Hematology, Blood, and Cancer.
Dr. Shoukier's impressive journey includes a medical degree from Damascus University and a residency at St. Barnabas Health System in New York, where he held the esteemed position of Chief Medical Resident. Dr. Shoukier further honed his skills through a fellowship at the prestigious MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas, and culminated his journey as a chief Oncology and Hematology fellow at the Medical College of Georgia (Augusta) University in Georgia, where he continued to lead and inspire.
