This letter is to inform you that Dr. Nadya Hasham-Jiwa’s last day in clinic at Oncology Consultants will be December 17th, 2024.

A member of our staff will be contacting you to assist in the transition.

If you choose to transition your care elsewhere, we will send your records to your physician once we receive a signed release of information.
