Farewell to Dr. Garza

Dear Patients, 

I am writing today to inform you that I will be moving out-of-state effective December 31, 2023.

I would like to thank you for the trust you have given me over the years as your physician. Taking care of you has been an honor. Your continuing wellness and health are priorities for us. 

I can assure you that my partners at Oncology Consultants will continue your care with the same compassion for which I have striven. 

Dr. Munaf Alkadimi will be covering to provide continuing care.

Your medical records are confidential and available to you at Oncology Consultants.

If you choose to transition care elsewhere, we will send your records to your new physician with your signed Release of Information.
